4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics
4.1 Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies help us recognize your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the Website is being used. You may set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that certain portions of the Website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
4.2 Google Analytics
The Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors interact with the Website, including pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths. This information is used to generate reports and help us improve the Website.
Google may also use this data, subject to its own privacy policy, to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can learn more about how Google uses data by visiting policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4.3 Meta (Facebook) Pixel
The Website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit to the Website, including the pages you visit and actions you take, and shares it with Meta for the purposes of measuring the effectiveness of the Firm’s advertising, building audiences for future advertising campaigns, and providing analytics reports.
You can learn more about Meta’s privacy practices by visiting www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You may adjust your ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
4.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no uniform industry standard exists.
The Website recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, where technically feasible, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
5. How We Share Information
The Firm does not sell your personal information. The Firm does not share or disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share limited information only as follows:
5.1 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery, analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising measurement (such as the Meta Pixel), form processing, and IT support. These service providers are contractually permitted to use the information only to perform services for the Firm.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect our rights or property, to protect the safety of any person, or to investigate potential violations of our Terms of Use.
5.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information collected through the Website may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
5.4 With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes with your express consent.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to access the Website and for all activities occurring under those credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your information.

8.6 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to the Firm using the contact information provided in Section 12 below. We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, subject to extension as permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request and may request additional information for that purpose.
8.7 “Shine the Light” Disclosure
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The Firm does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
